ROCHESTER, NY (August 2, 2017): We continue our Q&A series with Midfielder Dhane Smith. Dhane had one of his best games as a Rochester Rattler against the Denver Outlaws, dishing out five assists.

Q: What are your thoughts on playing for the Rattlers and the 2017 season so far?
Anytime you can put on the rattlers jersey its an honour. I'm lucky too be surrounded by such talented teammates and coaches.
Q: Big wins vs the Boston Cannons and the Denver Outlaws last week, talk about the play of the offense?
I think those two games we realized that we have so many threats on offence that we are most successful when no one knows who's going too be taking the shot.
Q: Favorite pre-game music to listen to?
Favorite pre-game music would have too be some type of up tempo remixes blaze does a great job at getting the boys going.
Q: You had a break out game last week against Denver, assisting on five goals… talk about your confidence and growing from your first year last season to this season?
I mean I feel like each game I have played this year I've gotten a little bit better like I said we have so many talented players around me that make me better so it's easy too produce.
Q: What is your favorite activity outside of lacrosse?
Favorite activity outside lacrosse would have to be golf although I have been playing a lot of tennis as of late.
Q: As a veteran in the MLL, what do you enjoy most about playing in the league?
What I enjoy most about being in the MLL is my teammates whether it be before, during or after games they just make it enjoyable .
Q: Who do you look up to currently and why?
I look up to my family members the most just see there success and want to do the same.
Q: What is the one thing that you need on a daily basis?
One thing I need on a regular basis would have too be my dog.
Q: What was the best advice you were ever given?
Best advice I was given is that whatever team you're playing for you're there for a reason no need too change the way you play.
Q: Favorite place to eat before a game in Rochester or in Buffalo?
Tough question I would have too say Panaro’s in Buffalo very good pasta.
