The Rattlers have made a surge in MLL going 4-1 since their 2-4 start. In that stretch, the Rattlers have scored 59 goals and conceded 53 goals.

Eight-year veteran A Kevin Leveille has played consistently for the Rattlers in the stretch by averaging three points per game. Leveille has scored 12 goals and tallied two assists in 2012.   Leveille sat out for the 2011 MLL season, but returned to the Rattlers in 2012.  He ranks third in league history with 242 career goals, and eighth with 313 career points.

First-year A Steven Boyle has emerged as an offensive threat for the Rattlers, as he’s scored 15 goals and added five assists as a starter in 2012.  The Rattlers drafted Boyle with the third overall selection in the 2012 MLL Supplemental Draft on December 14. Before joining the Rattlers, Boyle had played in two games in 2010 with the Boston Cannons. Boyle scored two goals and added an assist in two games with the Cannons as a full-time fifth year college student at Johns Hopkins University.

Superstars Ned Crotty and Striebel continue to lead the Rattlers in scoring.  Crotty leads the team 27 points with 14 goals and 13 assists in nine games, three of which he missed significant time in the first half of the season, tying him for 21 st most points in 2012 with Denver A Jordan McBride.
