Rattlers Announce 23 Man Roster

The Rochester Rattlers announced their 23 man protected roster for the 2013 season. The protected list features the standout players from the 2012 season including MVP Steve Denapoli, Offensive MVP Ned Crotty, Defensive MVPJohn Galloway, and Rookie of the Year Michael Manley. The Rattlers have retained both 2012 team captains Kevin Leveille and Matt Striebel along with other fan favorites including Jordan MacIntosh, Joel White, Roy Lang, and Rob Rotanz.

Rattlers fans will also see some new faces on the list recently picked up via trades made with Boston and Charlotte. These newcomers include Billy Bitter and Kevin Randall from Charlotte along with John Ortolani from Boston that look to add to the success of the Rattlers in 2013.

All players left unprotected will re-enter the Player Pool for the 2013 Season. 

 

All players not currently in the Player Pool may register online beginning Monday, September 24, 2012. A form will be available for download on the League website at 9 AM (EST). 

 

Teams will have the opportunity to fill their 40-man rosters in the upcoming 2013 Supplemental Draft, which will be held in December.
